Before the Start of Care
In order to provide excellent home care services for our senior population, we start by providing a needs-based assessment. This includes a physical assessment performed on our patients by a Registered Nurse. This valuable tool helps our nurses to carefully construct a plan of care specifically directed to our client's individual needs.
