Our registered nurses administer specialty therapies to pediatric and adult patients with a wide variety of chronic and acute conditions, in the comfort of their own home.
Infusion treatment that once meant a day at a hospital or an infusion center can frequently happen at home instead. For someone managing complex chronic conditions, that difference compounds quickly — no driving, no waiting room, no day lost, and treatment delivered by a nurse who knows the case. It is a care model built around the patient rather than the facility, which means the day belongs to them again.

Skilled Registered Nurses
Infusion at home is delivered by registered nurses experienced in venous access, line care and monitoring a patient through treatment. Our staff assess the vein and access site before each infusion, watch for reactions throughout, and know what to do if something changes mid-treatment. Where there is difficulty with access, experience counts for a great deal.
The same nurse wherever possible, which matters more than it sounds. A nurse who has treated someone before knows their baseline, their access history and what a normal day looks like for them.
Pediatric and Adult Patients
We treat both children and adults. Pediatric infusion carries its own demands — smaller access, different dosing, and a child who needs the experience to be as untroubling as possible. Our pediatric nursing team handles high-tech cases routinely, and infusion is part of that.
For adults, infusion frequently runs alongside other care. Where a client is also receiving adult nursing or a home health aide, the plan is built as one rather than several. In addition, one agency across all of it means the nurses involved are talking to each other.
Specialty Infusions at Home
Our nurses administer specialty therapies including IVIG, antibiotic courses, hydration and TPN. Each drug and therapy has its own protocol, its own monitoring requirements and its own warning signs, and the nurse delivering it should know all three before they arrive.
Where a therapy is not something we administer, we will say so plainly rather than taking it on. Our focus is doing well what we do rather than taking on everything. That is a short conversation and a better outcome than the alternative.
